Space Gallery in Denver, Colorado
Space Gallery is an excellent venue for private events. The 4000sqft. gallery space can accommodate groups of between 20-300 people looking to enjoy an intimate atmosphere with the artwork providing a unique and creative backdrop. There’s a food preparation area and movable bar, which provide a perfect space for caterers. Space is a great venue for holiday parties, wedding receptions, charity events, corporate events and cocktail parties. The Front Gallery has a good open feel and lends itself to seated dinners or cocktail receptions. Rich in history, The Bonnell Building takes its name from the original structure built in 1887 by B.R. Bonnell and operated as a mercantile and dry goods store. Over the past 100 years the building has hosted a number of businesses, and now being newly renovated, it brings together history, arts, and the community. Rich cherry paneling, special lighting, and brick architecture provide the foundation for a memorable event in Downtown Loveland. Utina Wardroom in Seattle, Washington
Steps from downtown in South Lake Union, Utina offers guests a space as intimate as it is industrial, as rustic as it is polished, and as warm as it is cool. With 16’ high ceilings and a large glass garage door that opens to the outside, Utina’s urban industrial décor is both distinct and adaptable. Utina can accommodate many types of events, including: receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate functions, fundraisers, birthday parties, product launches, client appreciation events, and more. Food, beverage, and bar needs are handled exclusively by the expert staff at City Catering, named Seattle’s most Creative Caterer by Seattle Magazine.
THE FOUNDRY in Long Island City, New York
The Foundry is a 19th Century building where originally fine varnishes were manufactured before it housed The Albra Metal Foundry. Their logo is still visible on the corner of the building at 9th Street and 43rd Avenue. By 1906, it was one of several steel foundries in the Long Island City area that catered to the needs of New York City’s riverfront manufacturers.
RENTAL USAGE The Foundry is a raw space. The rental of The Foundry includes the interior, which is the ground floor, second level mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen, and three staff personnel onsite for your event. The Courtyard (with or without tent), Terrace, and The Greenhouse are three additional spaces you can add to your rental. You can use our own caterers, table and chair rentals, florists, DJ’s, musicians etc. who all know our space and have worked here before, or you are welcome to bring in outside vendors.
In 1980 the Du Val family purchased the property. The family restored and renovated the space to reflect its original industrial character, and began hosting events in 2001. It is the only foundry in the area still standing today.
