Do you want your Wedding or Event featured on our site? It’s super easy! If you had your Wedding or Special Event at one of our Venues then you’re already halfway there. Here’s how to submit your event for consideration on Venue Vault. To make sure that your event gets featured on Venue Vault, please do the following to get your submission accepted.
1) Complete all fields – We want to show off your event to the world, so getting all the little details in will definitely get you a spot here.
2) Description of the Event – In this field we want to hear all about your event! What type of event was this, how were the caterers, the overall feel of the venue, and anything you want to share with your readers!
3) Complete list of vendor credits including their personal URLs – Did you love your vendors and want to get them their credits? This is the perfect place to do it.
4) Upload 15-20 professional images (at least 800 X 600 px photos) – We are looking for high quality, professional photos that highlight the event including the venue decorated, bride and groom, centerpieces, flowers, and pictures that tell a story of the event. Please do not submit thumbnails and grainy pictures, they will not be accepted and will slow down your submission.
