Casa EN LAS ROCAS is the newest, largest and most luxurious addition to this unspoiled tropical area. The owners have travelled over 14 years through Africa, Asia and Latin America and have managed to connect different styles such as African simplicity and Palapas, Indonesian minimalist decoration using traditional Mexican colors as well as Brazilian chillaxing mood into one single project leveraging the most renowned Mexican Architect Enrique Zozaya. According to Enrique, keeping a constant vision of the villa and the ideas of its owners, exploring the different options for the outlines using the natural surroundings, freeing oneself from all instruments and drawing by hand, leads him to design spaces we would have never imagined. Zozaya's buildings are immediatley recognizable for their organic shapes, their simple use of materials and their overall beauty and this creates a sympathetic feel to most of his work, it is harmony with the land in stark contrast to the steel and concrete edifices slung thoughtlessly along much of Mexico’s vacation coast today.

The Property is located on a semi-private secluded 40 meter beach guarded by a small hill of lush vegetations and rocks and features in total 7 air-conditioned bedrooms suites, out of which 4 are Master Bedrooms Suites with en-suite bathrooms and open-air showers, 2 are equipped with a 32' Lcd TV, DVD and Sound system and a 3 Room Garden Apartment comprised of 2 King Size Bedroom Suites and a Family Room with 3 single beds equipped with a 52' Led TV, Cambridge Sound System, Sat and DVD.

The Masterpiece or Centerpiece of the Villa is a giant 300 square meter Main Palapa where our guests can enjoy the Sports Bar fully equipped with the latest state of the art 60' Led TV and Bose sound system to enjoy a "Live" sports game or just a good movie, an open fully equipped kitchen and specially designed dining table up to 16 and two main living/sitting rooms areas facing the pool and the pacific ocean.

The special designed 22 meter Infinity Pool has its own beaches and in-water seating and a large terrace is build around it to enjoy the most stunning sunsets on the Pacific Ocean. Also close to the pool & rocks, you find the Brazilian Churrasco Bar-B-Q and brunching area all covered to give you a cool shade as well as a deck on both sides of the property one with a floating bed & the other with 2 sun-tanning beds close to the ocean for reading, meditation and more…

The Villa comes with a permanent staff of 2, Blanca and Alberto, who work from 07:00 – 15:00 to take care of the daily cleaning, maid services, light coocking and gardening. They are also happy to work overtime if needed at an additional cost. Also with the Villa you may also rent a Jeep Unlimited and a comfortable 24' Sea Ray Runabout Motorboat with Captain and all the fun water toys such as Tubes, Banana, skis and snorcling gear that fits 12 people.
