Located in North San Diego, California -- a Private Estate - 20 acre gated Ranch, 1,800 feet elevated -- Horses, Goats, Pot-Bellied Pigs, Alpacas, Chickens, Donkey, Dogs, with Barns -- with a gorgeous 6,000 all Adobe and Glass Ranch House with views to the Ocean (26 miles away), and separate guest house. Completely Private and Gated. One event booked per week only. Beautiful 35,000 gallon pool and large event area outdoors only. Family/close friends (15 in beds, but 20 allowed) can stay overnight with lodging included in package for 1 night -- extra nights can be added on. An experience like no other! We book up about 1 to 2 years in advance.

We let you have the entire ranch for yourselves. We have staff onsite to run the event, after that, it's just you and your family/friends. Animals are in a separate location and in a pen -all very friendly, pool and views are incredible, sunsets are unique and colorful and long lasting... it's a magical place -- you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere... however we are not that far from Casino's, Golf, San Diego and all the attractions, Temecula nearby with Wine Tasting and Hot Air Balloons... although it's likely you won't want to leave the ranch!

We fill up quickly since we only do one event/wedding per weekend in our season -- March through November only
Security Deposit due at the time of booking. Exclusive and Private -- no one else has the ranch while you are there... we bring in our own preferred vendors for your event --day of manager/coordinator, DJ, Caterer (3 choices), Bar Service --all included, and lodging for 15 in beds -- 1 night included in event package. Extra nights can be added to the event venue package.... no vacations only without an event.
Packages include the event insurance, cleaning fee, all inclusive except for security deposit due at time of booking, fully refundable after departure, non refundable if you cancel.
