On entering the villa you are met with light and spacious open plan living.
The living and dining room opens onto the pool terrace. The dining room features a Thai marble table, which sits up to 14/16 persons. A large designer sofa in the living room makes for relaxing and comfortable entertaining.

Next to the living room you will find the a bedroom with flat screen TV and playstation 3 with blue ray.
Satellite TV with over 50 channels including HBO, Hallmark, Star Movies, BBC, CNN and other popular English channels.

The fully equipped western style kitchen, including two large fridge/freezers has a black marble counter, a breakfast corner with two custom made teakwood tables and benches.
The kitchen has an open atmosphere with a view to the rear garden through an outstanding 8m high window.

From the living room you enter the master bedroom. Here you will find a four-poster king size bed with Hessian drapes, witch gives an oriental and romantic feeling. The substantial size bathroom is equipped with a 2 persons Jacuzzi.
It has its own private access to the pool area. From the master bedroom you can enjoy views over Phuket City, the beaches and the mountains.

Also on this floor you will find a guest bathroom and Utility room with washing machine and dryer.

You reach the next floor level by the sculptural staircase.

On the 1st floor there are 3 double bedrooms. Each bedroom offers an astounding sea views, a view over the pool, tropical garden with palm trees and the Mountains. Here you can sit and spend hours looking over to Phi Phi Island, which has some of the world’s best and most beautiful beaches.
Access to the bedrooms is gained by a shaded terrace, where you have a light refreshing sea breeze. By night you can enjoy all the lights of Phuket town
Each bedroom is air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom consists of bathtub, shower and 2 sinks.

The room facing Mangosteen Resort has its own walk-in closet, king size bed and lots of space to enjoy the stay.
The Phi Phi room has a fantastic open wooden sealing, a special 3 fold mirror and a king size bed.
The Phuket room also has a special wooden sealing with fantastic light effects, king size bed and desk.

The pool is 10m*6m and 180 deep – in the integrated children’s pool area there are 4 refreshing jet spas. The pool area includes 4 lounge chairs, a fantastic sala with chairs and tables for 4 persons.
The overflow pool bar area seats 4 persons, where you can sit and enjoy the Sea-, Garden- or Mountain View with a cocktail drink in hand. The size is 4m*3m and 1,8m deep.

For children, who wants to sleep with there parents there are god spare beds available, on request.

Wifi High Speed Internet connection is available throughout the villa. For your safety, an alarm system with motion detection is installed and safe boxes are available.

In the afternoon you can enjoy the shaded specially made Petanque area.
The villa is located in a quiet, peaceful and secure area. The covered carport of the villa fits up to 2 cars. Cars can be rented and delivered to the villa. Taxi services are also easily available.

Phuket has a good infrastructure, international airport with direct flights world wide, international standard hospitals and many shopping centres. Apart from the wonderful local cuisine, you can also find a range of international restaurants.

The villa is within easy reach of the beautiful beaches of Nai Harn, Kata and Karon beach.
There are lots of very good seafood restaurants nearby along the seashore at Rawai Beach. Rawai is not well known to tourists, hence allows you to enjoy the tropics in a peaceful and private environment. However, many attractions can be found near by, such as the big Buddha and Chalong temple.

Just 5 minutes away from the villa, many services are available, small Thai and Western restaurants, supermarket Tesco Lotus, ATM, a local market and shopping are easily available.

Many restaurants also deliver their food to the villa. The close by fish market gives you the opportunity to buy fresh fish and prawns from the fishermen for the barbecue. Nearby Nai Harn beach is great for water sports and swimming. Great tailors for custom fit clothes. For children, various attractions like elephant riding or banana boat are also within easy reach.

For the golfers, there are some of the finest golf courses within 20 min drive. Recently opened within a 10 min drive you will find a new 9 holes golf course.
