Villa Sancti Di Bella Vista has two acres that are completely utilized for every event. The avenue gardens can be used for the brides processional. We have a lovely white horse that can be rented. The lower lawn can be used for guests to assemble along with refreshments followed by the ceremony. The upper lawn has the million dollar view of the ocean and is also used for the ceremony and is the dining area of choice. The upper patio is perfect for dancing as it has a nightclub vibe with the covered patio with fireplace and heater adjacent for the older guests to be close to the "action " but buffered from the music and cool night air if you are not dancing! The bar-b-que area is perfect for serving appetizers during the cocktail hour and boasts an 8ft bar along with a large seating area along with bar stools, the fire pit is the perfect way to end the evening with S'Mores with your closest 20 friends that can sit on the built in "sofa" under the stars, the sports court can be use for dining, dancing, tenting to simulate a nightclub or formal dining room. The mature Pepper trees are ready for hanging lanterns for added atmosphere. The flagstone courtyard and lily pond are a perfect gathering place.
