Our beautiful modern villa sits high up the hill on a secluded acre of terraced land in the village of Tiga Wasa, with panoramic views of the North Bali Sea, the lush green hillside and farmland. We are only 15 minutes by car from all that Lovina has to offer, yet peaceful, private, quiet and away from it all. Features include 2 huge air conditioned bedrooms with private open-air showers, patios, Bali BBQ, swimming pool and 3 full-time staff to take care of you. We are a mountainside villa, and as such the road can be narrow and steep. We recommend a local driver and car.

Tiga Wasa is about 10-15 minutes up the hill from Lovina, the main north Bali tourist area. Here you can find snorkeling, diving, fishing, restaurants, shops, etc. 20 minutes east is Singaraja, the former capital of Bali. A little further and you will find waterfalls, volcanoes, golfing, hiking, palaces, temples, eco-tourism, gorgeous rice terraces, coffee and cocoa plantations. The beauty of Bali is the people, the culture, the low prices, and the fact it is a small island and you can get anywhere you want in 3 hours or so. Our villa boasts peace, quiet, privacy and tranquility, as well as gorgeous views. Enjoy your own pool rather than sharing it with all of the other guests at a hotel. Enjoy your own personal staff. And 10 minutes away are several fantastic restaurants and bars, the local market for fresh fruit and vegetables, ATMs, convenience stores, small supermarkets, etc. Our villa is the best of both worlds! Your stay at Villa Tiga Wasa includes full use of our fully furnished, modern 2 bedroom hillside villa with swimming pool, private ensuites and air conditioning in both bedrooms.

Rental of the Villa requires acceptance of our terms and conditions. A copy of the rental agreement is also available to renters via email upon request.
Rest assured we have obtained all of the proper permits for construction and rental of the property. Renters can view the permits upon request to the owners.
A USD$250 damage deposit is required. This will be refunded after you leave, less your electricity usage and the local village's government tourist registration fee of USD $3 per rental party.
